Journey to Sedona: An Empowering Adventure Retreat for Women

Join us for an unforgettable 4-day adventure in Sedona! This retreat, hosted by And Then She Did, is designed for a group of 6 to 12 amazing women

Day 1: Departure, Hike, and Relaxation
Welcome Gathering:** Meet your fellow adventurers and share your intentions for the trip. Then we’ll load up in the van & trailer and travel to our first trail head. This is one of my favorites! We’ll get checked in to our home for the next 3 nights, then depart for our first dinner together.

Day 2: Iconic Sedona Breakfast at Sky Rock
Optional Morning Yoga Session: Start your day with a refreshing yoga practice in the Tranquility Room.
Hike an Iconic Trail, including a picnic lunch enjoyed with new friends, surrounded by red rock formations.
Afternoon Fun Activity at Sky Rock! Fun surprises to share all the feels of Sedona! Dinner to follow. Free time after dinner for the pool or hot tub, or enjoy the stars while sitting at a firepit on the terrace.

Day 3: Hidden Gems and Jerome
Breakfast at a lovely cafe in Oak Creek Cayon, followed by a scenic hike, with gorgeous views
Visit Jerome: Explore this historic mining town known for its rich history, ghost stories, and vibrant art scene. Enjoy wine tasting and shopping at eclectic boutiques and galleries.
Farewell Dinner: Celebrate our journey together with a special dinner in Jerome at a favorite restaurant.

Day 4: Shopping and Departure Breakfast at Sky Rock
Morning Exploration at Tlaquepaque: Stroll through this Mexican-styled arts and crafts village, with plenty of unique shops and galleries to explore.
Farewell Lunch:** Enjoy a final meal with your new friends, sharing stories and laughter.
Surprise Departure Stop:** Before we leave Sedona, we have a special surprise destination that will be the perfect end to our adventure!

Travel back to our Day 1 meeting location for goodbyes.

  • 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners, double occupancy room, you may opt for a single occupancy upgrade for $300. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Transportation from Chandler, AZ to Sedona, all trip activities, and return to the meeting point in Chandler, AZ.

  • Single occupancy room is not included, but you may upgrade to your own room for $300. Alcoholic beverages are not included. Gratuities for guides are not included, typical amount is 10-20% of adventure cost based on your overall satisfaction.
